Relay For America is a coast-to-coast relay honoring American veterans. Signing up for a segment is an application, not a guaranteed spot. Because the relay is continuous, dates and times are estimates and may shift as the relay progresses. We may need to reassign runners based on pace, availability, logistics, and other factors.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Relay For America related to the relay, including segment scheduling, flag-tracking updates, reminders, and arrival estimates.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Donations support the relay and its mission. Unless otherwise stated, contributions are voluntary and non-refundable. Any tax treatment of a donation is your responsibility to determine.
The Relay For America name, logo, content, and materials on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission, except as allowed for personal, non-commercial use.
When you submit content — such as a veteran nomination, message, or profile detail — you grant us permission to use it to operate and promote the relay. You confirm you have the right to share what you submit and that it is accurate and appropriate.
Running and related physical activity carry inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Relay For America, its organizers, volunteers, and partners from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
